Mushroom
- 🍄 150g oyster mushrooms
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp perilla powder
- Adequate amount of oil
步驟
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms, rinse lightly, and tear them into small pieces by hand. Slice the green onion finely.
Heat a dry pan on high heat and lightly stir-fry the mushrooms. This prevents water from forming later.
Remove the mushrooms, wipe the pan clean, and add oil, green onion, and minced garlic to create a fragrant base.
Add the mushrooms back to the pan along with soy sauce and perilla powder. Stir-fry quickly to combine flavors.
