- 🍄 200g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- A pinch of black pepper
Oils
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp perilla oil

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, cooking wine, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, perilla powder, and black pepper in a bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry oyster mushrooms and green onion for about 3 minutes.

Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated. Finish with a drizzle of perilla oil.
