Vegetables
- 1/2 bag pea shoots
- 1/2 king oyster mushroom
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the roots off the pea shoots and halve them. Tear the king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces and cut them in half.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the king oyster mushroom and lightly stir-fry. Then add the pea shoots and cook until softened.

Add the seasonings (oyster sauce, sake, sugar, soy sauce) and cook until the liquid evaporates. Serve immediately.
