- 100g sliced pork belly

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp curry powder

Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half. Mix the mentsuyu and curry powder in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork belly slices. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add the pea shoots and the mixed seasoning to the pan. Stir-fry briefly until everything is well combined.
