- 150g pickled Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Spices & Oils
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
步驟

Squeeze excess water from the pickled Chinese cabbage and cut into 1.5cm wide pieces. Julienne the ginger.

Heat sesame oil and sliced red chili in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the julienned ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the pickled Chinese cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat briefly. Add soy sauce and mix well.

Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
