- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stem, and slice thinly.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.

Add bell pepper and bean sprouts, stir-fry briefly until coated with oil.

Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, chili paste, and ginger) and stir-fry to combine.
