Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 60g chopped kimchi
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly. Roughly chop the kimchi.
