Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 heads (200g) bok choy
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
步驟
In a bowl, mix the pork with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Massage well to coat.
Separate the bok choy leaves from the stems. Cut the stems into 4cm pieces and halve the thicker parts. Slice the carrot thinly and julienne the ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat. Add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Increase to medium heat and add the pork, cooking until it changes color.
Add the bok choy stems and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, then add the bok choy leaves and cook until wilted.
Pour in the sauce mixture (water, sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and stir until the sauce thickens.
