- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (200g) spring cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
