- 150g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, a small amount
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the miso sauce.

Cut the pork belly into 3cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
