- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery (150g), sliced diagonally
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.

Remove the strings from the celery and slice diagonally into 1cm wide pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic and pork, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.

Add celery and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until well combined.
