Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g pork belly
- 80g shishito peppers
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp sliced ginger
步驟
Prepare the shishito peppers by removing stems and washing them. Cut larger peppers in half if needed.
Season pork belly with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill in a pan until golden and crispy on both sides.
Remove cooked pork belly from the pan and drain on paper towels. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add shishito peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 20 seconds.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry on high heat until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
