Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 30g chives
- 1/3 green bell pepper
- 1/3 red bell pepper
- 1/3 orange bell pepper
Seasonings
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Drizzle of sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
步驟
Slice potatoes, onion, and bell peppers into thin strips. Cut chives into similar sizes, separating the white and green parts. Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Heat a pan over low heat and add cooking oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant without browning.
Add potatoes to the pan and stir-fry. Avoid rinsing the potatoes to retain their stickiness and enhance flavor.
Add the white part of the chives and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the bell peppers and green part of the chives. Season with oyster sauce and mix well.
Finish with a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
