Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Condiments
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Peel the potato, cut into bite-sized pieces, and soak in water. Drain well and microwave in a heatproof container for 3 minutes at 600W. Drain thoroughly.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and cook until browned. Turn off the heat, add soy sauce and grated ginger, and toss quickly to coat.
