- 4 leaves napa cabbage (about 400g)
Seafood
- 🦪 6 large scallops (sashimi-grade)
Spices
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 red chili, sliced
Liquids
- 2 tbsp white wine or sake
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt and pepper mix

步驟
Slice the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic and red chili until fragrant.
Add the scallops to the pan and cook briefly on each side until lightly browned.
Add the napa cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Pour in white wine or sake, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Serve hot, garnished with a pinch of salt and pepper mix if desired.
