Main Ingredients
- 200g shirataki noodles
- 150g ground pork
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 3 green onions, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp chili paste
步驟
Cut shirataki noodles into manageable lengths. Boil them in a pot of water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Slice the onion thinly, julienne the carrot, and cut green onions into 3cm pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, chili paste) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes until the color changes. Add onion and carrot, stir-frying until coated with oil. Then add shirataki noodles and stir well.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry to combine. Turn off the heat, add green onions, and mix. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
