Vegetables
- 100g shishito peppers
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ✨ Sprinkle sesame seeds
步驟
Remove stems from shishito peppers, wash them, and poke holes with a fork.
Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Julienne the yellow bell pepper.
Trim the base of the king oyster mushroom, slice into thirds, then halve each piece.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
Add shishito peppers, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the pan.
Add 1 tbsp each of mirin, corn syrup, and oyster sauce. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil and turn off the heat.
Plate the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
