    • 🦐 6 shrimp (90g), peeled and deveined
    • 150g squid, sliced into rings

    • 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (125g), cut into florets
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • Pinch of black pepper

步驟

Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the stem into 5mm thick pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with water and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

Peel and devein the shrimp, removing the tail and vein. Wash and pat dry.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and squid, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked.
