- 50g snow peas
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Remove the strings from the snow peas.
Prepare the shrimp by making a cut along the back to remove the vein. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan, add the egg mixture, and quickly scramble. Remove from the pan.
Heat the remaining salad oil in the pan, add the shrimp, and stir-fry briefly. Add the snow peas and the seasoning mixture (sake, salt, black pepper, chicken stock powder) and stir-fry on high heat.
Turn off the heat and mix in the scrambled eggs.
