Beef
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 200g nanohana (rapeseed greens)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Beef Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)

Cut nanohana into two parts, separating stems and leaves.

In a bowl, mix beef with grated garlic, sugar, soy sauce, and coat with cornstarch.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef, and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add nanohana stems and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add nanohana leaves and sauce ingredients. Stir-fry until well combined.
