- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and prepared
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Spices
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- White sesame seeds, to taste
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
步驟
Clean the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and skin. Wash thoroughly and pat dry.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the garlic chives and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the squid and ginger, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add garlic chives and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Add sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry on high heat briefly.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
