- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 packet (3g) bonito flakes

Defrost the frozen squid under running water. Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and make small cuts in each.
