- 🥬 3 bok choy
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic

Trim the roots of bok choy and wash each leaf thoroughly.

Pan-fry tofu until golden and add minced garlic to infuse aroma.

Mix the seasonings (soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and garlic) in a bowl.

Add the washed bok choy to the pan and stir-fry on high heat briefly.

Before the bok choy wilts completely, add the mixed seasonings and stir quickly.
