Vegetable
- 50g garlic chives, chopped into 3cm pieces
Protein
- 100g ground pork
Tofu
- 100g firm tofu, sliced into 1cm pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut garlic chives into 3cm pieces and slice tofu into 1cm pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pan, add grated ginger and sliced red chili, then stir-fry ground pork over medium heat.

Add sake, tofu, and seasoning ingredients (sugar, chicken stock powder, oyster sauce) to the pan and stir-fry.

Turn off the heat, add garlic chives, and mix everything together.
