Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Slice the tofu into thin pieces, about 5mm thick. Pat dry with a kitchen towel and pan-fry in oil over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
Once the tofu is cooked, sauté minced garlic in oil over low heat until golden brown. Add 3 tbsp of water immediately to prevent burning.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide into the sautéed garlic mixture. Simmer over low heat until bubbling.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and stir-fry until well coated.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix well and serve on a plate.
