Main Ingredients
- 15 Vienna sausages
- 2 fish cakes
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tsp oligo syrup
- An appropriate amount of canola oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Boil the Vienna sausages in hot water.
Drain the sausages and set them aside.
Slice the fish cakes, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Place all prepared ingredients into a pan and add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, a dash of black pepper, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic.
Drizzle an appropriate amount of canola oil into the pan and stir-fry the ingredients.
Once the ingredients are evenly cooked, add chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the stir-fried dish immediately.
