- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Seaweed
- 100g wakame
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
Condiments
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.

Cut the wakame into bite-sized pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add kimchi and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Then add wakame and stir to combine.

Add sake and soy sauce, and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
