- 70g fresh wakame
- 2 tbsp chirimen jako
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

Cut the wakame into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the green onion diagonally.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add wakame and green onion, stir-frying until the green onion softens.

Add chirimen jako and stir briefly. Then, add sake and soy sauce, mixing well. Finally, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and mix to combine.
