- 1 bag water spinach
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 pinch chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut the water spinach into bite-sized pieces, slice the red bell pepper thinly, and crush the garlic.

Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add water spinach, red bell pepper, and red chili, then stir-fry over medium heat.
