Main Ingredients
- 15g dried sardines
- 2 leaves (160g) white cabbage
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger

Cut the white cabbage into 1.5cm wide strips.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the cabbage until softened.

Add dried sardines and the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, grated ginger) and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Turn off the heat and mix in the bonito flakes.
