- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 2 myoga
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟

Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.

Trim the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly at an angle.

Trim the myoga, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice thinly at an angle.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly over medium heat until its color changes.

Add zucchini and myoga, stir-fry briefly, then add the seasonings and mix well.
