Cake Base
- 500g pancake mix
- 🥛 270ml milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
Toppings
- 250ml whipped cream
- 🍓 4-5 strawberries
步驟
Prepare 500g of pancake mix in a mixing bowl.
Add 2 eggs and 270ml milk to the pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
Heat a frying pan on low heat, lightly grease it, and pour the batter in a circular shape. Cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Whip 250ml of cream using an electric mixer or whisk until stiff peaks form.
Layer the cooked pancakes with whipped cream and strawberries, stacking them neatly.
Decorate the top layer with whipped cream using a piping bag and place strawberries on top. If you don't have a piping bag, use a ziplock bag with a corner cut off.
