Tart Dough
- 🧈 45g butter
- 🌰 20g almond flour
- 100g cake flour
- 25g powdered sugar
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🥛 1-2 tsp milk
Filling
- 130g cream cheese
- 🧂 30g sugar
- 🥛 40g heavy cream
- 🥚 1 egg
- 10g corn starch
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
Decoration
- 🥛 100g whipped cream
- 🧂 10g sugar
- 🍓 Some strawberries
步驟
Prepare the tart dough by mixing butter, almond flour, cake flour, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and milk. Roll out the dough and poke holes with a fork to prevent puffing.
Bake the tart dough in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
While the tart is baking, prepare the filling. Cream the cream cheese at room temperature and mix in sugar.
Gradually add the room-temperature egg to the mixture, stirring well to prevent separation.
Mix in heavy cream and lemon juice until well combined.
Sift in corn starch and mix thoroughly. If unavailable, substitute with cake flour.
Pour the filling into the slightly cooled tart shell and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Cool the baked tart completely. Whip the cream and spread it on top, then decorate with strawberries.
