- 200g hot water

- 4 pieces red bean paste
- 🍬 30g sugar
- A small amount of cornstarch
- 🍓 6 strawberries
步驟
Mix glutinous rice flour with sugar and salt.
Add hot water and knead the mixture into a dough. Make sure to use hot water for proper texture.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for another 2 minutes (total 4 minutes).
Spread cornstarch on a flat surface and coat the dough to prevent sticking.
Wrap strawberries with red bean paste and flatten the glutinous rice dough to seal them.
Coat the finished rice cakes with cornstarch evenly.
