Main Ingredients
- 🧈 100g unsalted butter
- 🧂 60g sugar
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 145g cake flour
- 5g cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 🍓 Strawberry jam as needed
步驟
In a bowl, soften the butter and mix it until smooth. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, then mix well.
Sift the cake flour and cornstarch into the mixture. If cornstarch is unavailable, substitute with cake flour.
Mix until the flour is just combined and no dry spots remain.
Take 1 tsp (10g) of dough, roll it into a ball, and press a cavity into the center using your finger or a measuring spoon (1/4 tsp).
Fill the cavity with strawberry jam. You can use other jams based on your preference.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
