- 🧈 60g room temperature unsalted butter
- 20g powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 🧂 0.5g salt
- 65g cake flour
- 30g almond flour
- 🥛 1/2 tsp milk
- 🍓 Strawberry jam for filling
步驟
Mix softened butter with powdered sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix well.
Sift cake flour and almond flour into the mixture, then fold gently.
Add milk and mix until combined.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough and roll into small balls.
Press a small indentation into each ball using your finger or a teaspoon.
Fill the indentations with strawberry jam.
Bake at 160°C for 12-15 minutes.
Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and let them cool completely.
