- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Tofu
- 🍢 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced diagonally
- 🥬 2 napa cabbage leaves, chopped
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 100ml water
步驟
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion diagonally and chop the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, mix all the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, and water). Add the tofu by breaking it into chunks with your hands.
Add the pork, napa cabbage, and green onion to the pot. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 7–8 minutes.
Crack the egg into the pot and cook until it reaches your desired doneness.
