- 150g somen noodles
Vegetables
- 2 sudachi, thinly sliced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 6 shishito peppers
Condiments
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 100ml concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 300ml water
