Essential Ingredients
- 500g sundae (Korean blood sausage)
- 4 cups beef bone broth
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 100g king oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 100g enoki mushrooms
- 100g oyster mushrooms
- 7 perilla leaves, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Slice the onion and perilla leaves, and chop the green chili.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and prepare enoki and oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
In a pot, add sundae, onion, mushrooms, seasoning sauce, and beef bone broth. Bring to a boil.
Add bean sprouts and green chili to the pot.
Finish with perilla powder and sliced perilla leaves.
