Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 bok choy, chopped
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步驟
Prepare all ingredients. Chop the bok choy and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat and sauté the green onion to create aromatic green onion oil.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix with the green onion oil.
Increase heat to high and add the chopped bok choy. Stir well to combine.
Push the rice and bok choy to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space.
Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the rice and bok choy.
Add 0.5 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix well. Season with black pepper and adjust salt to taste.
Optionally, drizzle a small amount of sesame oil before serving for added flavor.
