- 2 fillets Suzuki fish (160g)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Cut Suzuki fish into bite-sized pieces. Mix sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a bowl, then marinate the fish in the mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place white sesame seeds in a new bowl and coat the marinated fish pieces with sesame seeds.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the fish and cook until golden brown. Flip the fish, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
