- 190g napa cabbage, chopped
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Protein
- 40g canned tuna, drained
Sweet and Sour Dressing
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Chop the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Place it on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until softened. Drain excess water.
Drain the canned tuna and set aside. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sweet and sour dressing.
Add the napa cabbage and tuna to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until evenly coated.
