- 230g canned sea snails
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🥬 1 handful shredded cabbage
- 🥕 2cm carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3-4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Rinse the canned sea snails under water and drain them.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, vinegar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Slice the vegetables (cucumber, cabbage, carrot, onion) into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the sea snails and vegetables in a large bowl, then pour the seasoning over them.
Add sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes before serving.
