Chicken
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken tenderloin (100g)
Seaweed
- 🟩 1/2 sheet nori
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Cut the nori into 6 equal pieces.
Cut the chicken tenderloin into 3 equal pieces. Wrap each piece with one slice of nori, making a total of 6 wraps.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken wraps seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, then steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cook over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly.
