- 260g pickled radish
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
步驟
Prepare the ingredients by slicing the green onion and cutting the pickled radish into desired shapes.
Place 1 tbsp sesame seeds in a bowl and crush them lightly.
Add 1 tbsp chili powder to the bowl with the crushed sesame seeds.
Mix in 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp oligosaccharide into the bowl.
Add the sliced green onion to the seasoning mixture.
Squeeze excess moisture from the pickled radish and add it to the seasoning mixture.
Mix everything thoroughly until the radish and green onion are well coated with the seasoning.
