Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) salmon
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌾 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Pat the salmon dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Coat with all-purpose flour.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.

Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and coat the salmon evenly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
