    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 💧 150cc water

Sprinkle salt on the pork slices.

Prepare the turnips by cutting off the roots, peeling, and slicing into six wedges. Cut the leaves into 3cm pieces. Trim the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Peel and thinly slice the ginger.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the turnips and stir-fry briefly until coated with oil.

Add ginger, sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water to the pan. Mix well and add the shimeji mushrooms. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes. Add the turnip leaves, cover again, and simmer for 1 more minute.
