Sweet and Spicy Stir-fried Celery and Konjac

- 🌱 1 stalk celery
Plant-based Protein
- 1 sheet konjac (270g)
Spices
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Remove the strings from the celery, slice the stalk diagonally, and cut the leaves into 1cm widths.
Cut the konjac in half lengthwise and slice thinly.
Boil the konjac in a pot of water for about 2 minutes, then drain.
Heat sesame oil and chili in a frying pan, add the konjac, and stir-fry briefly. Then add the celery stalks and stir-fry over medium heat until tender.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well.
Add the celery leaves and stir-fry briefly.
