- 🍄 80g king oyster mushrooms
- 150g konjac
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Spices
- red chili slices, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Tear konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.

Boil konjac in a pot with water until boiling, then simmer for 2 minutes and drain.

Wipe the pot dry, add salad oil and red chili slices, and heat. Stir-fry the konjac over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasonings and cook until the sauce thickens.
