- 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel, cut into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch, shaking off excess powder.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add the yellowtail, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry until lightly coated with oil.
Add the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, sugar, sake, and chili paste) and stir quickly to coat the ingredients evenly.
